Little Wolf is the new single from Oliver Cole, taken from the former Turn man’s forthcoming album, ‘Year of the Bird’. The album will be released through MDR recordings later this year. It’s the first new music from the Kells native since 2009’s ‘We Albatri’.
The track starts with a stark guitar layered with reverbed vocals which builds beautifully to a lush soundscape which somehow still remains intimate.
The single came out last week but there will be a special show in Whelan’s in Dublin on Thursday July 4th, where you’ll be able to get your mitts on a copy of the limited edition 7inch single with its ‘vinyl only’ B side.
