Happy New Year, welcome to a new one. Well, we’ve managed to get out of 2021, fairly bumped and bruised but we’ve managed it! Hope you’ve had a lovely new year. I’m delighted to share an hour of gorgeous music for episode 369 of The London Ear, which happened to fall on New Year’s Day.
By the way, am I the only one who has a ritual of listening to U2’s album ‘The Unforgettable Fire’. Every January 1, without fail. Which also reminds me, I heard the news reporter on BBC London / South East this morning pronounce the name Phelim as Feelin, which gave me a giggle over my Weetabix.
