So this is the last proper weekend of 2016, we’re nearly there guys, just two weeks left! So next week’s show is Christmas Eve, I’ll be playing a few Christmas tunes and sharing some festive requests at 1300 on RTÉ 2XM. On New Year’s Eve, I’ll be catching up with aidan Floatinghome, an Irish musician living in Berlin. As well as producing his own material, aidan is also part of Wallis Bird’s band.
But that’s all in the future, back to this week’s show.

Rews are a London based band comprised of Shauna Tohill from Belfast and Londoner Colette Williams. I’ve recently played ‘Miss You in The Dark’ on the show and it’s a cracker.
The duo have recently announced a UK and Ireland tour for February and March 2017.
