I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not a fan of the Oirish. A lot of music as gaeilge that I’ve been exposed to is either not my cup of tea or it seems a little bit on the poncey side.

Lately, I’ve seen Ryan Sheridan do his take on Mumford and Sons‘ Little Lion Man and it was great but Mo Hat Mo Geansaí (great name for a band, meaning, My Hat My Jumper) – Tadhg and Oisín’s version as gaeilge actually make the language relevant and cool. Fair play boys!

Thanks to Dónal for the introduction.
