The passion and enthusiasm behind DeCode magazine, a new Dublin based Arts and Culture magazine has been growing over the past while. Issue One was released online and issue two was to also be a print version. Alas, the guys involved ran into some trouble with printers and the print issue hasn’t made it out. Not only is that a bit crap but it has also left the guys out of pocket themselves.
