It’s not often that I actually post about gig and ticket announcements but to be honest, this line up is a bit special. On July 12 Arctic Monkeys will play Marley Park in Dublin. Alongside them on the day will be Jake Bugg, Miles Kane and Royal Blood.
The line up fits perfectly together and is one definitely looking forward to. 2013 was a phenomenal one for Arctic Monkeys with AM being one of the albums of the year. Jake Bugg did a quick turn around to get album number 2 ‘Shangri La’ out in the flashiest of flashes. Miles Kane is just awesome, the king of cool and no doubt because he’s on the line up he’ll be joining his fellow Last Shadow Puppet, Alex Turner on stage somewhere during the day. Opening up on the day are Royal Blood, new exciting fresh and a BBC ‘Sound of 2014’.
As well as the good music. One of the things the really makes me like this line up is that I’ve interviewed both Jake Bugg and Miles Kane before and as well as playing really good tunes, they’re really sound blokes.
