I had ordered some goodies from Amazon just after Christmas. My order had been split into two and one half of it arrived to me earlier last week. Unfortunately there has been no sign of the other half of the order despite my Amazon account saying the package was dispatched the day the other one was also.
So just before lunchtime I decided to find out what was going on, I called and got through first time, speaking to a girl called Karen.
Once I confirmed my details, everything was sorted in less than three minutes. It was so easy. The package has presumably been lost. I was given the option of a refund or resending of my order, without questioning.
I’ve just checked my account online and the new package is due to be posted later today.
