‘Hard to Explain’ is a drum driven, Country/Americana tinged rock track, its not surprising to learn the band have spent some time in Nashville. Its a real sing a long track, with great musicianship and subtle guitar playing. Mal Tuohy’s raspy vocals seem to belong to days of yore.
It’s a neat two minutes and forty seconds, just would have loved to have felt an extra kick towards the end.
