#Project365: Day 131-140

I think I fell out of love a little with this Project365. My aim is to post 365 photos on Instagram before April 1 2020.

Lately, I seem to be taking photos in fits and starts and then not being really happy with photos and not wanting to post them. I will keep going though.

Somewhere along the way, I managed to mix up the dates on the posts. I’ll figure it out along the way. So here’s Day 31-

Southbank Skatepark, London. I really like this photo of the skatepark. Dusk at Waterloo East. One of the things I love about autumn are the colours. Rich gorgeous glows and reflections as the sun gets lower in the sky. I took this about two weeks ago from the walkway in Waterloo East. The window was open, just enough for me to get my camera and hand through to take this. I like it, I love the way the light runs along the top of the train carriages. Skater boy three. This is the third photo of a skater I’ve posted from my trip to the Southbank. I really enjoyed trying to get different shots and sharpness for something I’m not used to. I took today off work. Haven’t been feeling brilliant lately and just needed a break. I sat on the bed most of the say editing audio. Then went to see Hustlers. That’s all pretty trivial really with what’s going on in Trafalgar Square. There must be at least 150 tents as Extinction Rebellion are out in force. The drums are beating and mood seems jovial. I know a lot of people are pissed off with them. I heard someone say this week that the awareness is there and couldn’t understand why people are on the streets. I don’t agree with keeping people from their work or with blocking airports or climbing on planes, that’s just fucking stupid. But, we’re not making enough of a racket. We’ll all be fucked if we don’t change our ways. Now. I left home a little early today. Extinction Rebellion had given notice that they would disrupt tube lines. Everything was ok but it did lead me to find some lovely light, angles and light.
