I was extremely happy to be able to chat to Chris Helme, who has just released a new album entitled ‘The Rookery’. Chris was frontman with The Seahorses and was also a member of The Yards but now he’s doing his own stuff.
It was quite funny because when I went to meet Chris, he was with his producer Sam Forrest, who I had met when he was working with Benjamin Francis Leftwich as his Tour Manager. Sure, there’s all from York! It’s a small world. Really enjoyed our chat, check out Chris’ album, it’s actually really good. Full review coming here soon.
