So a trailer has been unleashed for Take That’s expected live DVD and it comes as Robbie Williams announces he’s leaving he band (again).. add all the George Michael adverts on the telly and it’s 1996 all over again!
So I had predicted that ‘When We Were Young’ would be the last single to round off Progress, it just seemed fitting. However, I’m bloody thrilled Robbie has left, I can’t wait for him to get back on form with his solo stuff. When he’s on top form there isn’t an entertainer on the planet, except Pink, who comes close.
I guess I’ll probably write about the Take That weekend in Croke Park in May, when I got to see them twice. All I’ll say for now was that was one of the most special weekends ever. Even if we missed the Robster’s fingertips by ten centimetres.
