The Family Rain launch their debut album ‘Under The Volcano’ on Monday February 3rd and in the run up to the release have offered a free download of their track, ‘Vulcipide’, which will appear in a Spotify only version of the album.
It’s a great intro to the trio, a driving rock song with effected vocals and when the hook kicks in, it really kicks in. The band have obviously thought about this a lot, making a pretty decent video for what is a free download. I love the green screen effect in the reflection of the kick drum beside the kick pedal. Yes, call me nerd!
